1 teaspoon yeast (contains valuable beta-glucans)
1 tablespoon sugar or honey
1 dcl of water
After stirring (and preferably after fermentation for up to 2 hours), heat to 60 ° C (so that the solution reaches 55 ° C per 1 dcl for 30 minutes). After cooling down on an empty stomach and suddenly drink.
!!! Apply only once a maximum of twice a week. Less is more !!!

What can be done to be resistant to any infection? Stop devoting too much time to the virus, destroying it (this type is practically indestructible) and devoting all your efforts to strengthening the body’s resistance. Just because this method is universal for all infections and not just for this single or even just one strain. Beta-glucans polysaccharides and substances that increase the production and especially the activation of white blood cells, which play a key role in the early immune response, are important helpers in any infection. According to EU ordinances and regulations, I cannot name which products can actually effectively stop the infection, but I can generally recommend food supplements containing beta-glucans from Ganoderma lucidum and Agaricus blazei. Another no less good option is common yeast, a yeast formed by the yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae.
In prevention, vitamin D, the largest usable amount of which is created by the conversion of cholesterol in the skin due to sunlight. It is necessary to expose at least 1/3 of the skin surface for at least half an hour a day and not protect yourself as an onion with the skins of clothing and the application of high-factor sunscreens on the skin and thus prevent the access of UV radiation to the subcutaneous tissue. I’m not even talking about a full-day stay indoors. The most suitable source in the diet is fish oil, then less healthy butter and lard.
First of all, the yeast needs to be exposed to a temperature of 55 ° C for at least 30 minutes (depending on the amount). It is best to mix in water or better with sugar (1 teaspoon of yeast, 1 tablespoon of sugar to 100 ml of water) and let them ferment. And then place them in an electric oven at 60 ° C for the mentioned 30 minutes. A less reliable method is to pour hot (not boiling) water directly into the yeast with sugar or honey. After cooling, drink at once and on an empty stomach. The dose is intended for an adult weighing around 80 kg.
Do not repeat the application until after two full days of break. Usually no additional application is needed. For larger or smaller weights, the dose should be increased or divided accordingly. The drink can be stored for several days in the refrigerator.
Cannot be administered continuously! Only one single dose per week. As needed a maximum of twice a week. Activation of beta-glucan triggers a whole chain of immune responses and these must take place, which takes 2 or more days.
The beta-glucans, which are thus made available, activate the immune response and stop the further development of any infection. It prevents the further development of the infection, ie it should be applied immediately when the first symptoms of the infection appear. If the symptoms appeared a few days ago, they will only stop getting worse. They may persist until the body deals with them on its own.
You need to know one thing. If there is already any infectious agent in the tissue, then macrophages first produce peroxidases. The resulting peroxides destroy the agent and cells infected with the virus, but at the same time irritate the tissue. Therefore, within half an hour after application, symptoms appear that may startle the uninformed. However, they resolve on their own within three hours after application of beta-glucans. It is only a sign that the activation of macrophages has already encountered an incipient infection. This is the principle of the so-called reverse reaction. If the symptoms are already developed, there is no significant deterioration.
Once the infection is at its peak in the body, no significant effect is likely to be expected, and even in the case of an advanced condition requiring the use of a pulmonary ventilator, when immunity needs to be suppressed, application may be dangerous. It is usually not necessary to repeat the application with early administration until the first symptoms, and if so, at the earliest after 2 full days of break. For the body, such abrupt stimulation of immunity is quite demanding and with regular application it could be depleted. In outbreaks, it should be used preventively once a week due to the average incubation time of 7 to 10 days or applied to the first signs of infection (whatever they may be).
Although yeast is a common part of the diet, it is contraindicated in gout.
In case of imperfect heat treatment, it can cause nausea and temporary digestive problems in sensitive people.
